Service and official decisions
Spliff is a Bulgarian staffing company supporting recruitment and document coordination for work in Bulgaria. The applicable work, visa and residence route depends on the candidate, role and employer. The Employment Agency, Migration Directorate and other competent authorities make the official decisions.
Fair, role-related recruitment
Candidates are assessed using role-related criteria. Spliff does not discriminate on protected grounds and does not guarantee a vacancy, salary, permit or decision time. Employment terms must be confirmed in the employer's written offer and contract.
Documents, privacy and accuracy
Submit accurate, current documents and only information relevant to the application. Spliff processes candidate data for recruitment and the applicable Bulgarian procedure, applies access controls and follows the retention and rights information in the Privacy page.
